TARE is the vehicle's weight when empty, ball weight is the caravan's weight plus the tow ball, and payload includes the weight of the driver, passengers, and all your gear. The Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) is the maximum weight of the loaded caravan, including all gear. It must not exceed your vehicle's towing capacity.
